Comprehensive visual check
The Honda Safety Check is a 34 point visual inspection of all the wear and tear items on your Honda. This is a complimentary service and will be carried out on every vehicle when it comes into our Honda workshops, no matter the age and condition of the vehicle, and at no extra cost.
These checks are designed to give you complete peace of mind and allows us to highlight potential wear and tear issues with the car that need to be addressed immediately or in the future.
A detailed report on your car will be completed by a Honda-trained technician using a simple traffic-light system.
Traffic Light System
GREEN
All items in full working order with a clean bill of health.
AMBER
Currently safe and legal but may need maintenance in the near future - before the next scheduled visit.
RED
Requires immediate attention due to being illegal, un-roadworthy or potentially unsafe.
Video Reporting
Any items identified will be clearly explained to you and depending on your retailer, you may be sent a video of the issues to support the report.
The checks will be carried out swiftly, so we can tackle any issues on the same day if required, however we will always gain approval beforehand. Alternatively, the work can be booked in at a time convenient to you.
